I am extremely honored to have been chosen Realtor of the Year by the Boulder Board of Realtors. As you are aware, I have lived and worked in Boulder all my life (not a mean feat in these days of mobility), and it's always especially gratifying to be recognized in one's home town.
I understand from your letter that the banquet is at the Boulderado Hotel at 7 p.m. on September 30. My husband and I would be pleased to attend. Do I need to prepare any remarks, or is a simple "thank you" all that's required?
